Reporting a problem
Say what you were doing, which screen you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your device model and iOS version help. A screenshot usually settles it faster than a description.
What support will never ask for
Nobody supporting this app will ask for a password, an Apple ID, payment details, or a verification code. There is no account, so there is nothing anyone could legitimately need to sign in as you.
Treat any message asking for those as a scam, whoever it appears to come from.
If an export looks incomplete
An export only contains what has been entered. If a section is blank, check that the underlying records exist for that animal — weights, feed, work sessions, expenses, income, shows.
Some figures are withheld on purpose rather than missing. An average that has too few days behind it would be misleading, so the app says why instead of printing a number it cannot stand behind.
If a show looks wrong
Directory entries are copied into your records when you add them and are never changed afterwards, so correcting the directory will not alter a show you already added. Edit it on the show itself.
